Project Management
As your Project Manager, I will seize hold of the project at any point in its lifecycle and take it forward with confidence. Working with you, I will plan and map out the ideal pathway to completion, identifying the key outcomes, tasks, stakeholders and support required for success.
I bring experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, financial management, contract procurement and subcontractor management. All this is achieved seamlessly and with enthusiasm to make the project a collaborative and successful environment.

Design Management
With my extensive and strong technical infrastructure design background, a large part of my career has been embedded in design management and delivery of technical solutions. This role can encompass management of any part of the design process, from feasibility through to full detailed design phase, and I'm equally at home at all stages throughout. I will evaluate and gain understanding of the technical solutions, identify team and specialist requirements, map out work breakdown structures for the phase delivery, and work with you to confirm cost estimates. As Design Manager, I can lead the team with confidence and understanding, with a clear vision for the successful outcome.

Construction Contract Administration
This role can encompass all stages from procurement planning, evaluation and engagement, through Contract establishment, and into full administration of your project construction phase. I have direct experience as Engineer's Representative delivering major contracts under standard conditions including NZS3910, NZS3916 and NZS3917. My technical background helps me visualise the engineering outcome and engage fully with designer and Contractor, in parallel with a strong focus on delivering to the Contract requirements. All this is done in a collaborative manner with a desire to foster the most effective delivery team relationships for the project.

Site Observation and MSQA
My technical expertise, coupled with many years of project delivery experience, means I am wholly comfortable with the role of confirming quality assurance during the construction activities. I am able to interpret and visualise the design with clarity, together with establishing a clear understanding of both the technical and contractual expectations and requirements of the project. Working with the Principal, Designer and Contractor, I will establish a programme of inspections to maximise coverage and provide the right level of assurance. A strong appreciation of construction health and safety means that I can stay safe, and also provide monitoring of site safety performance for the Client. On completion of construction, I will review and summarise QA records, and provide support as required during project commissioning and handover to the Client's Operations team.
